Chris designed exactly what we wanted, the crew was clean and courteous and we are in love with our water feature! Solid Rock did a great job with our patio, tree rings, tree removal/install and large bed install. Their price was reasonable and their timeline for completing the project was good. We made a few modifications as we went and they were very easy to work with and it did not hinder the schedule. The crew was very friendly and tidy. They have done several jobs for us and do not disappoint!
They also take care of our yearly open and closing of our irrigation system. Their price is very competitive and they have quickly changed out any heads that need replacing.  
All in all, just a great group to work with and I will continue to give them my business.

I would and have recommended Solid Rock to my friends and coworkers. I have had them revamp my water drainage for my property and had them re landscape my from yard. They were very easy to work with and economical. They were able to relocate existing plants to save cost and provided very helpful advise for other lawn issues I was having. For both irrigation and landscaping, Solid Rock does an impeccable job. They turned our boring "new construction landscaping" into something that we can enjoy. Rock beds with plants around the sides of the house and perfectly aligned patio pavers that fit the yard appropriately, which now provides us with a space to enjoy as a lounge area outside.

I am horrible with yard work - truly. I had three goals: low maintenance, privacy and I wanted the metal footings on my shed covered. All three were done and done very, very well. Solid Rock was professional, kind and responsive. The estimate and actuals were $500 apart in my favor, and they honored that. I wouldn't have known if they hadn't shared it with me. Very happy with the results. All went as proposed with no delays and good communication throughout. Site was kept clean and the crew took extra care not to disturb the neighbors yards. Crew went above and beyond by moving around all the plants that were previously crammed in my embarrassing front bed and did not charge extra. And the best part is they actually came in under budget. I have no hesitation in recommending this contractor. Can't wait for spring to see the full results.

I had 2 old flagstone walls along my driveway which were falling down replaced with new retaining blocks, also an old set of concrete steps replaced with new block. They also did a bit of landscaping and removed an old, overgrown bush.

The crew showed up on time and stayed on the job until it was finished and this was during the especially hot days of the summer. Took about a week to build out the walls and put in the backfill and we had a few changes to make for the city which Solid Rock handled with no problems. The walls and steps look fantastic. I'd received several bids and Solid Rocks was the best and I thought their work was excellent.

I had pavers installed around my entire house with mulch and plants and shrubs.

Solid Rock was excellent to work with especially John! I received a call back within a day of calling and within a week John was over to review and provide a quote. I was put on the schedule for July but to my surprise my work was done almost a month earlier as they were able to fit me in. The crew that came to work was so polite, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction again ahead of schedule. Everything from the planning, communication, the staff and the job itself exceeded my expectations and I would hire Solid Rock Landscaping again hands down!

Built a stone retaining wall, paver patio and regraded the lawn on the back of the house to better drain water.

This was an absolutely excellent experience! Everything was done on time, the price was right, the quality of work was as good as I could imagine. Chris was responsive, took my concerns seriously, is extremely knowledgeable and paid close attention to quality. Travis, the lead foreman who was here every day, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I know just enough about this kind of work and am picky enough that I quickly realized he actually cared about quality and that is exactly what he gave us. I swear I have never seen anyone work so hard to do the right thing and please the customer, plus, he's just a nice guy. Each day he brought someone to help him and they too were serious and worked hard. The price was completely fair considering the work done. The project was done on time and cleanup was very good. Solid Rock deserves their high ratings on Angie's List! We would hire them again without hesitation.
